System Setup
Today during our scheduled one on one meeting we will go over access in to your new email account and show you how to use the CRM system to see customers.
We will also set up your phone extension. Lastly we will go over the employee agreement.
This is a summary of access. Below are the links and basic access information.
Your first email addresses will be one with Physician WebPages. Once setup you can access your email here.
CRM - Customer Relationship Management
Customer Relationship Management system is through HubSpot. To access your dashboard you can use the link below.
Canva - Proposals
We use canva to create our proposals. Access your team canva account.
Phone Extension
We use Grasshopper as our phone assistance system. You have the option to use your own phone or have one provided, more details in phone section.
You can use the web mail from any device. You are more than welcome to use any email client that will function with our email system. As example you could create a separate gmail account and import the mail setting into that new gmail account if you are more familiar with gmail features.

* Physician WebPages email is yours to use. Please keep in mind that this a company email and can be viewed by administrators at any time. Do not use this email for anything that you do not want others to see.
CMS ( Customer Relationship Management )
This is the foundation of your customer information. Any interaction that a customer has had with All EDI has been logged into the customer account.
This is a tool to facilitate your customer relationships, use it to help you.
There is no specific mandate to the amount of information you need to log after a customer interaction but you need to make a notation that the interaction occurred. For best results log any information coming from the customer.
Important To Know
- Use and check your Tasks , the task menu is inside the sales drop down.
- The Notes are your best friend , use them.
- Click around and find a way that helps you best.
Canva - Proposals
We use Canva to edit out proposals for customers. It is an easy to use drag and drop system.
All the proposals you will need have already been created and will only need the customer name and project specific information changed.
When you create a proposal please do not edit out the customer requirements and expectations and they are crucial to the completion of the project.
If you need a specific proposal made please ask your immediate team leader or business developer for assistance.
Pricing : Pricing will change for each project. If a project goes below the minimum cost it must be approved through team lead or business developer. We don’t immediately offer discounts to make a deal , do not undervalue yourself. Before you discount a proposal look for value added services that can be applied before any other price reductions.
Phone Extensions
We use Grasshopper to provide our 800 number and partner extensions. Once your account is created you can use the link below to log into your account and setup your voice mail and check your extension information.
Use Your Own Phone , Or Get One Provided
You can use your own phone to make customer calls. As learned in Make A Friend training, a friend expects to be able to call you directly not go through an extension board every time. That being said you can give out the 800 number and use the grasshopper app to make your call go out as that 800 number as well. Make sure you give the customer your extension if you do. Our phone comes with a $30 dollar monthly value, meaning if you use your phone we will give your that $30 monthly. If you need a phone provided we will not give a $30 monthly phone allotment to you.

All EDI only tracks the phone calls that come through the Grasshopper 800 number. We do not track or want to track your personal phone or company phone calls. We know when the phones are used appropriately because work gets completed. Use the phone to create your value.
