Medical Practice Websites and Hosting
The internet has a few guarantees. One of these is a pushing force behind any niche industry. All EDI learned to create beautiful websites and strategic online marketing plans for a multitude of industries. We decided to focus that attention to one niche industry, Medical Practice Websites. Due to hard work and an opportunity we were presented with a customer who needed just that focus.
Physician WebPages
Serving the Physician Community since 1999
One of the first website companies to specifically offer websites to only physicians and health care professionals. Physician WebPages quickly found a strong niche within Podiatry websites and other private practices. When Physician WebPages approached All EDI asking how we could help offer new insight into building growth we didn’t hesitate to take on the challenge.
Our Process
Step by Step - The process between All EDI and Physician WebPages to build a competitive position within the medical practice website market.
All EDI began with Physician WebPages by learning. We studied the history and lifetime progression of the company and services provided. We wanted to make sure any actions stayed true the the original goals set out by the founding of Physician WebPages. Only after the sentiment of the company direction was derived did we begin to plan out our road map to success.
The most important part of success is a plan. Especially as a creative group a specific guideline of focus is essential or the creativeness can run away with your time.
Next we built a fresh foundation.
The overall business process needed a new look. To do this we had a new website created to give customers an aesthetically pleasing experience as well offer extended capabilities within search engine ranking (S.E.O.). Beyond the outward appearance we built out a new customer CRM system to catalog and track customer and internal actions.
These actions alone increased production by reducing repetitiveness and ultimately reduced operational costs. Additionally beyond the operational costs per customer acquisition being reduced. No longer were excess expenses wasted on low ad rank scores and missed conversions.
Now we had to reach out to the doctors.
Creating a social footprint was first. Facebook, YouTube, and others were created and built out. Not every “hip” social platform was utilized as we focused on our converting demographics, privately owned practices. Doctors that had already achieved the ability to open their own practices were often outside of most social networks. Our main focus was a social foundation but the force of our actions were based around search engine marketing and direct interaction with the customer. Bringing on a new staff of online boarding agents helped the doctors utilize their website to the best of there abilities. To use our resources and experince in the practice industry over that of any other hosting company.
Continued management of internal operations and the medical practice websites.
At this point is is growth and continued management with a direct focus on growth. You can see some of our day to day actions through our 5 minutes to online success that we provide to the doctor members of Physician WebPages.
